Now even faster, simpler, better!

Cryptshare for Notes is used daily by many of our customers and also by some of our colleagues. We are therefore pleased to give you an overview about a small, fine release for our IBM Notes integration today.

It is important to us that IBM Notes users appreciate and love the benefits of Cryptshare as much as we do. That's why we expanded our IBM Notes development team in 2017. Our colleagues work every day to make Cryptshare better and more modern. In line with our motto:"Making E-Mail better".

The improvements at a glance

  • Ability to archive all mails generated by Cryptshare
  • Faster overview of e-mails sent useing the Cryptshare for Notes integration
  • Better usability through larger Cryptshare for Notes SmartIcon
  • Easier installation assistance through updated manual

The improvements in detail

If the archiving function is enabled in Cryptshare for Notes, all emails sent by Cryptshare for Notes will now be archived. This includes the original e-mails to be sent in encrypted form, upload confirmations for the sender and download notifications for the recipient.

Cryptshare for Notes e-mails stored in your personal mailbox can now be tagged with a tag in the subject line. In this way, the user can subsequently see which mails were sent via Cryptshare for Notes.
All recipients (SendTo, CopyTo, BlindCopy) are now displayed in the "Recipients" column of the Cryptshare for Notes outbox.

We have also extended and updated the "Installation checklist" section in the manual to make installation even easier for administrators.

Further improvements and bug fixes to Cryptshare for Notes V2.9.1 can be found in the Release Notes.
