Note on data protection in dealing with application documents

The application documents sent to us and the personal data specified therein will be stored and processed by us during the ongoing application process. The stored data can only be viewed by employees who are involved in the respective hiring process and they are obliged to keep it confidential. After completion of the application process, the application documents and personal data are erased after the legally stipulated retention period has expired or they are transferred to the personnel file upon hire. In addition, we store application documents, e.g. for other future positions, only after express consent.
